Join Skaylink, part of Vodafone, where cloud expertise meets global scale. You'll design, advise, and implement Microsoft security solutions while supporting customer projects across different industries. Depending on your experience, you'll work independently or alongside experienced colleagues, taking ownership of projects and contributing to the evolution of our Microsoft security portfolio.
This role is remote within Romania. If you are based in Cluj-Napoca, you also have the option to work from our office in a hybrid setup.
What you do with us
- You design, advise on and implement Microsoft security solutions.
- You support customer projects throughout all project phases, either independently or as part of a project team, depending on your experience.
- You take ownership of smaller projects and progressively lead more complex customer engagements.
- You collaborate closely with Microsoft on technical topics, workshop formats and our strategic partnership.
- You contribute to the continuous development of Skaylink's Microsoft security portfolio.
- You help define best practices and technical standards within the security team.
- You share your knowledge with colleagues and actively contribute to a collaborative learning culture.
When you fit in with us
- You have professional experience in an IT security environment (mid-level or senior).
- You have hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies and solid knowledge in one or more of the following areas:Identity & Access Protection, Threat Protection, Information Protection, Endpoint Security, Security Monitoring
- You have a good understanding of Microsoft infrastructures such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID and Hybrid Identity.
- You are passionate about IT security and eager to keep learning.
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
