As a Microsoft 365 Consultant – Copilot & Collaboration, you will support customers in the DACH region in delivering modern workplace transformation projects based on Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled collaboration technologies. You will work on enterprise solutions that improve how organizations collaborate, automate processes, and adopt Microsoft Copilot across their digital workplace.
You will contribute to real-world Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives, including Copilot adoption, Power Platform automation, and collaboration modernization across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
This role is based in Romania with the possibility of working in a hybrid or remote setup.
Your responsibilities
- Design and deliver Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption strategies for enterprise customers.
- Build low-code solutions using Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Develop and optimize collaboration environments across Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Integrate AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, and Microsoft ecosystem services.
- Support customer workshops, solution design, and technical discussions.
- Work closely with architects and consultants on international projects.
What you bring
- C1-level German and strong English communication skills for DACH customer interaction.
- 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform).
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 customer projects.
- Practical experience with Copilot, Power Platform, or Microsoft cloud automation.
- Microsoft certifications.
- Experience with governance, security, and compliance in Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID or Azure services.
- Experience with Copilot Studio or AI-driven solutions.
- Strong interest in modern workplace transformation and AI adoption.
