Are you passionate about building intelligent AI solutions that transform the way organizations work? As an AI & Copilot Consultant, you will help enterprise customers across the DACH region design and implement AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Copilot technologies, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
In this role, you will work closely with customers to identify business opportunities for AI adoption, design intelligent agents, and deliver scalable AI solutions that improve productivity, automate processes, and create measurable business value.
This role is based in Romania with the possibility of working in a hybrid or remote setup.
Your responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop AI-powered solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure AI.
- Analyze business requirements and identify AI-driven automation opportunities.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions from design to implementation.
- Collaborate with customers and project teams across the DACH region.
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance in delivered solutions.
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience delivering Microsoft solutions in customer environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI agent development.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Azure AI services.
- Experience working directly with customers and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- German (C1) and English communication skills.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, RAG, or custom AI solutions.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
