Work hands-on with live customer accounts to validate data, configure the Skan platform, build dashboards, support discovery, ensure data health and lightweight integrations, and use AI agents to automate repeat work under senior guidance.

Lead end-to-end delivery for assigned accounts: discovery, solution design, configuration, integrations, agent and accelerator building, deployment, and value realization. Act as Skan product expert, run customer discovery sessions, ensure data and integration quality, and deliver AI-first, reusable automation assets to drive measurable business outcomes.

Own strategic customer accounts end-to-end: discover, design and ship Skan-grounded agentic AI solutions integrating enterprise data and analytics. Apply AI/ML for anomaly, trend and root-cause analysis; set reusable reference patterns; mentor consultants; drive governance, utilization, adoption and measurable outcomes. Role is hands-on, solutions-led, client-facing with significant travel.

Provide high-quality support to senior leaders by managing complex, multi-time-zone calendars, end-to-end domestic and international travel, leadership events and offsites, expense and administrative workflows, and ad hoc operational tasks. Act proactively in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment, ensure logistical excellence, and enable leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

Own and optimize the Marketing and Sales tech stack (HubSpot), build integrations and automations with Sales Ops, lead analytics and reporting for funnel, attribution, and deal velocity, operationalize ABM and lead routing, ensure data governance and documentation, support revenue modeling and vendor management, and evaluate new tools to scale marketing and sales execution.

Lead and coordinate development of the data pipeline powering an agentic AI platform. Define scope and sequencing, manage cross-team dependencies, drive release readiness, surface and report risks to leadership, and pressure-test technical plans while working with distributed engineering and data science teams to ship production integrations.

Lead end-to-end delivery for customer accounts: discovery, solution design, configuration, integrations, building AI agents/accelerators, deployment and value realization. Act as Skan product expert, drive data health and analytics (descriptive to prescriptive), and automate repeatable work to scale outcomes while maintaining close customer engagement.

Own CRM data quality, pipeline intelligence, sales methodology, and voice-of-field to design agentic workflows and targeted enablement. Build onboarding and certification, deliver coaching, measure impact on pipeline health, adoption, ramp time, win rates, and close the feedback loop between sales, systems, and enablement.

Lead post-deployment customer operations including client-facing DevOps, custom development, SLA/OLA governance, incident communications, and operational reliability. Manage DevOps, Systems Engineering, and Custom Development teams, drive automation, maintain integration patterns, produce QBRs, and serve as senior technical escalation for enterprise customer environments.

Lead technical strategy and productize out-of-the-box AI solution frameworks: prototype with advanced AI coding tools, define reference architectures, enforce CI/CD/version control, enable Professional Services with playbooks and training, and hire and lead an AI engineering team while bridging field deployments back into core product.

Design and build customer-facing dashboards and KPIs using Power BI and Apache Superset. Perform advanced SQL-based data mining in Databricks/Snowflake, deliver operational insights, partner with Customer Success and Data Science to standardize value frameworks, and use GenAI and Python to automate reporting and surface actionable business recommendations.

Lead product vision and roadmap for Skan's core platform, turning process intelligence into scalable, AI-ready workflows, integrations, controls, and insights. Partner with founders, engineering, and customers to prioritize investments, build product operating discipline, and drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Hire and scale a high-performing PM function while balancing near-term customer needs with long-term platform strategy.

Own reliability, availability, and operational health of cloud-hosted customer environments. Monitor observability tooling, respond to P1/P2 incidents, run capacity planning, automate toil with scripts and agentic workflows, maintain runbooks and HA/DR playbooks, participate in on-call rotation, and track SLO/SLA adherence to meet ≥99.9% uptime.

Operate, optimize, and scale large PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Databricks environments. Provision and tune platforms, implement monitoring and SLOs, manage capacity and HA/DR, troubleshoot production incidents, and support analytics and Databricks performance. Maintain runbooks, perform upgrades and maintenance, and architect resilient, cost-effective data platform designs.

Lead solution design and quality for enterprise agentic AI engagements. Own strategic accounts end-to-end, build industry playbooks and reusable AI assets, gate-review complex solutions, lead hands-on delivery, coach senior team members, and share accountability for top-line and margin.

Lead end-to-end customer success programs including onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing support. Drive value discovery, ROI reporting, adoption, renewals, and revenue expansion. Manage project delivery, governance, executive briefings, and cross-functional collaboration to implement digital transformation and intelligent automation solutions for enterprise customers.

Build and lead Skan University: design certification tracks and role-based learning journeys for internal consultants, customers, and partners. Create instructor-led and on-demand content, labs, assessments, and reusable delivery playbooks. Certify partner delivery teams, measure time-to-productivity/time-to-certified, manage trainers and content creators, and use AI tooling to generate, personalize, translate, and continuously refresh curriculum.

Lead North America professional services delivery for AI Solutions: own portfolio P&L, delivery, value realization, renewals and escalations. Build and manage forward-deployed, AI-first delivery teams that automate repeating work, partner with Product/Marketing/Sales, and create services packaged from process and telemetry insights.

Build and optimize the web portal UI: translate UX/UI designs into performant Angular (6+) single-page applications, create reusable components, prototype libraries, ensure cross-browser compatibility, mentor/front-end code review, and collaborate with designers and product owners.

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic BFSI enterprise accounts. Drive renewals, upsell, and expansion ARR while serving as executive sponsor and trusted advisor. Build multi-year account plans, lead QBRs, mitigate risk, and partner cross-functionally to ensure measurable customer outcomes and platform adoption. Maintain C-suite relationships and deliver against NRR and expansion targets.
