Responsibilities include calibration, user acceptance testing, shadow-mode validation, production launches, monitoring, and measuring business impact. The role requires strong Python and SQL, cloud experience, production or prototype AI/ML delivery, and excellent customer communication.

Designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code templates, deployment tooling, and DevSecOps controls for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid customer environments. Automates provisioning, upgrades, patching, monitoring, and operational reporting while supporting Systems Engineering and collaborating with SRE. The role also tracks deployment metrics, remediates pipeline failures and configuration drift, supports change management, documents processes, and contributes to agentic workflow automation.

Owns sales enablement for a B2B SaaS go-to-market team, including new-hire onboarding, certification, sales methodology training, coaching, playbooks, partner-motion enablement, and performance analysis. The role diagnoses rep skill gaps using win/loss reviews, call recordings, manager input, and field feedback, then designs targeted interventions and measures their effect on ramp time, win rates, and quota attainment.

Build and lead Skan University: design certification tracks and role-based learning journeys for internal consultants, customers, and partners. Create instructor-led and on-demand content, labs, assessments, and reusable delivery playbooks. Certify partner delivery teams, measure time-to-productivity/time-to-certified, manage trainers and content creators, and use AI tooling to generate, personalize, translate, and continuously refresh curriculum.

Hands-on Senior Data Scientist to build, train, and productionize ML models and data pipelines on large, multimodal enterprise datasets; diagnose production issues; mentor junior team members; collaborate cross-functionally; and ensure data quality, monitoring, and reproducible experiments.

Lead and coordinate customer Gateway deployments and upgrades, validate infrastructure readiness (network, compute, storage), perform end-to-end connectivity testing across Skan components, transition customers from POC to production, document architectures and configurations, and collaborate with Deployment and customer teams to ensure operational stability.
