Own the technical sales process for enterprise AI automation deals, from qualification and proof-of-concept scoping through architecture, security review, pricing, and contract execution. Design deployments across cloud, hybrid, customer-hosted, and on-premises environments while addressing data residency and recording restrictions. Partner with account executives on business cases and commercial proposals, write statements of work and infrastructure requirements, and develop reusable sales assets. The role serves large regulated enterprises with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Design, develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for automation and business applications. Build end-to-end ML pipelines, perform feature engineering, apply MLOps practices, and optimize production systems for scalability, latency, and efficiency. Collaborate with data scientists and product teams while researching advanced AI techniques, LLMs, multimodal AI, and other state-of-the-art methods.

Design, build, optimize, and deploy AI/ML systems that analyze large-scale sequential enterprise event data. Responsibilities include process discovery, activity classification, clustering, sequence modeling, graph neural networks, computer vision, NLP, LLM integration, temporal data mining, anomaly explanation, and agentic AI capabilities. The role requires translating complex business-process challenges into algorithmic solutions and collaborating with product, UX, and customer-facing teams.
