Develop, document, integrate, and support LabVIEW-based automated test equipment for aerospace products. Create verification/validation procedures, debug test software/hardware interactions, investigate failures and corrective actions, support manufacturing for on-time delivery, and communicate technical status to stakeholders.

Manage negotiation, creation, and administration of commercial and U.S. government contracts (FAR/DFARS/ITAR). Provide contract compliance oversight, proposal/RFP analysis, claims negotiation, customer account management, DCMA/TINA support, data rights and commercial item assertions, and coach staff. Coordinate with procurement, engineering, ITC, and program managers; ensure flow-down, closeouts, and proper handling of customer property.

Support ERP implementation and maintenance by cleansing and migrating data, participating in UAT and integration testing, documenting SOPs and user guides, generating reports using SQL/Excel, troubleshooting user issues, and tracking project tasks and milestones to improve operational efficiency.

Support and improve assembly, test, and inspection processes for avionics and aerospace computers. Provide technical production support, troubleshoot component-level failures, lead root cause analysis and corrective actions, train technicians, collaborate with design and suppliers on sustaining production, evaluate and improve test equipment, and drive yield, throughput, capacity, and quality improvements.

Design, simulate, and validate electrical and electromechanical systems for fuels and proximity sensing in aerospace/defense. Develop switching power supplies, perform testing and troubleshooting, create engineering documentation, ensure compliance with EMI/EMC and environmental/airborne hardware standards, and collaborate across disciplines to meet product and quality requirements.

Assist site operations by managing vehicle fleets and customer inquiries, support sales and marketing analysis, learn accounting and P&L processes, and prepare presentations for leadership.

Lead supplier qualification and oversight for PCB/CCA and electrical components in aerospace. Conduct audits, drive supplier corrective actions (8D/RCCA/CAPA), monitor performance metrics (PPM, OTD), and coach suppliers on high-reliability manufacturing and IPC/aerospace standards. Support failure investigations, FMEA, SPC, and supplier improvement projects; travel to suppliers as needed.

Design, develop, test, integrate, and maintain embedded real-time aerospace/defense software. Collaborate across engineering disciplines, produce bid materials, follow DO-178B/C processes, use requirements and lifecycle tools, and support audits and verification activities.

Lead site automation strategy and a portfolio of projects to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Develop roadmap, prioritize and manage projects, track schedules and budgets, justify capital investments, troubleshoot and standardize automation equipment, mentor engineers, and coordinate with integrators, suppliers, and contractors to deploy scalable manufacturing technologies.

Lead aerospace quality engineering as a senior technical authority: drive root-cause investigations, implement corrective/preventive actions, standardize quality processes, support APQP and audits (FAA, AS9100, NADCAP), mentor teams, improve process capability, and partner with engineering, supply chain, and customers to reduce COPQ.

Perform month‑end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, support GAAP and government contracting compliance, assist audits and SOX documentation, collaborate with accounting teams, and support ERP data entry and basic financial analysis.

Manage the company's import compliance program, ensuring adherence to U.S. import regulations and ITAR/EAR where applicable. Oversee HTS classification, customs valuation, country-of-origin, customs broker relationships, audits, recordkeeping, duty-savings strategies, and cross-functional coordination to prevent delivery delays and support government audits.

Lead multidisciplinary NPI engineering projects from proposal through production transition. Define scope, create detailed plans, manage cross-functional teams, track cost and schedule, mitigate risks, present status to leadership, and ensure compliance with safety and customer requirements.
