Serves as the primary contact for assigned customers, creates and verifies orders in SAP, resolves customer inquiries and complaints, maintains interaction records, and coordinates with operations and other departments to fulfill customer requirements. Provides documentation, after-sales support, and customer service while identifying inside sales opportunities with sales representatives. Requires effective prioritization, communication, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Ensures compliance with FAR, CAS, and DCAA requirements in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Prepares incurred cost submissions, maintains pricing and indirect rates, supports government audits, develops cost allocation methodologies, analyzes variances, and assists with contract pricing. The role also maintains ERP cost segregation, strengthens internal controls, supports timekeeping compliance, and collaborates with program management and contracts teams.

Plans and sequences machining operations from blueprints and engineering specifications. Sets up, programs, adjusts, and operates CNC and conventional lathes, mills, grinders, and specialized equipment. Selects tools, determines feeds and speeds, performs measurements and inspections, interprets GD&T, monitors SPC charts, maintains equipment, edits CNC programs, and ensures quality and safety standards.
