Own and improve financial models supporting forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, business cases, investment evaluation, and strategic decisions. Provides technical oversight for capital projects, upgrades, commissioning, compliance, safety, fault finding, reliability improvement, and plant performance. Develops engineering standards, champions new technologies, and leads electrical and automation specialists while partnering with site engineering, project, and operational teams.

Coordinates sales order requirements, production and packing plans, packaging purchasing, inventory records, and cross-functional communication. Supports labeling, traceability, compliance, audits, and continuous scheduling improvements while ensuring customer orders are completed accurately, on time, and to specification. The role supports a secondary boning team and may require overtime or weekend work during seasonal peaks.

Lead whole-shift delivery in a secondary butchery production department, directing Team Leaders and overseeing production targets, safety, quality, food hygiene, compliance, workforce management, and continuous improvement. The role requires building a strong team culture, reviewing performance, implementing corrective actions, and coaching employees. The successful candidate will have production leadership experience in meat processing or food manufacturing, knowledge of employee relations and regulatory requirements, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Conduct internal and external quality, food safety, environmental, and compliance audits within a meat-processing operation. Maintain and monitor HACCP and food safety systems, review corrective actions, identify non-conformances, support regulatory and customer audits, prepare compliance reports, and recommend system improvements. Provide technical administration, cross-functional support, coaching, and subject matter expertise while ensuring audit records and compliance activities are completed accurately and on time.

Lead delivery of a portfolio of innovation projects (new product development, packaging, sustainability, operations). Create plans, governance, budgets, manage risk, remove roadblocks, engage stakeholders, and drive stage-gate projects to market while strengthening project delivery capability.
