Trainee/backup halal slaughterman performing certified halal slaughter in a meat production plant. Receive one-on-one training, follow food safety and animal welfare standards, work specified shifts, maintain communication and teamwork, pass pre-employment drug screening, and hold required NZQA unit standards and right-to-work in New Zealand.

Provide administrative support to Laboratory and Technical teams: generate and file reports, handle enquiries, record minutes, support traceability/recall/KPI reporting, contribute to continuous improvement and procedural reviews.

Provide coordination and administrative support to the CFO and Finance Leadership Team. Manage meetings, governance, reporting cycles, action/decision registers, presentation materials, and project delivery to ensure priorities and information flow across the Finance function.

Provide quality assurance and food safety verification across site operations by monitoring compliance programmes, conducting checks (temperature, microbiological sampling), maintaining HACCP systems, supporting corrective actions, keeping accurate records, and working with production and technical teams to drive continuous improvement.

Maintain, install, commission, and troubleshoot industrial automation systems (PLCs, VSDs, SCADA, HMI) on a large food-processing site; design electrical systems to standards, support SCADA/HMI development, and perform LV wiring and machine safety tasks.

Perform butchering and boning tasks in a meat processing plant, using knife and trimming skills. Work 40 hours/week (shifted) with overtime opportunities. Follow health, safety, quality, and technical compliance. Complete on-the-job training, pass medical, drug and criminal checks, and meet physical fitness requirements. Eligible to work in New Zealand and aged 18+.
