Leads electrical, automation, and control systems strategy across a national manufacturing network. Provides technical oversight for capital projects, upgrades, commissioning, compliance, safety, fault finding, reliability improvement, and plant performance. Develops engineering standards, champions new technologies, and leads electrical and automation specialists while partnering with site engineering, project, and operational teams.

Coordinates sales order requirements, production and packing plans, packaging purchasing, inventory records, and cross-functional communication. Supports labeling, traceability, compliance, audits, and continuous scheduling improvements while ensuring customer orders are completed accurately, on time, and to specification. The role supports a secondary boning team and may require overtime or weekend work during seasonal peaks.
