Analyzes market performance, customer segments, historical trends, competitor pricing, and revenue opportunities. Owns configuration, maintenance, testing, issue resolution, and enhancements for Oracle Fusion talent and recruiting platforms. Partners with HR, Recruiting, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, support implementations and releases, troubleshoot system issues, document processes, develop training materials, and improve HR technology performance and user experience.
