Serve as the primary learning partner for corporate functions to identify skill gaps, design and deliver scalable learning programs (onboarding, leadership, functional academies), and measure learning impact. Collaborate with business leaders, Learning Operations, and external partners to translate business needs into development plans, prioritize requests, and continuously improve programs and learner experience.

Manage learning operations, vendor relationships, intake/prioritization, logistics, and learning technology. Drive governance, dashboards, analytics, process improvements, and scalable delivery of enterprise learning programs.

Provide exceptional hospitality while performing airside ground operations and aircraft services (fueling, de-icing, marshalling, baggage handling, towing). Operate ground service equipment and shuttle vehicles, maintain ramp safety and security, follow SOPs and emergency procedures, and create accurate records of work and services.
