Drive customer acquisition and sales growth in the dairy and FMCG industry. Develop acquisition strategies, build relationships with key customers, collaborate on marketing campaigns, analyze sales data and feedback, and ensure smooth onboarding of new customers while meeting targets.

Identify and develop new business opportunities by acquiring distributors, modern trade partners, and channel partners. Responsibilities include processing and modifying orders, generating invoices, coordinating inventory allocation, tracking returns and related documents, and working with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. The role also maintains system records, prepares operational MIS reports, and ensures compliance with company SOPs.
