Coordinate e-commerce purchase orders, indents, invoices, ASNs, delivery appointments, dispatches, and delivery tracking. Resolve operational issues with corporate teams, partners, and drivers; manage POD documentation, shortages, credit notes, crate records, and daily reports. The role supports end-to-end FMCG supply chain and e-commerce fulfillment operations across platforms such as Amazon and Zepto.

Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints across support channels; provide professional assistance, maintain interaction records, escalate issues, help resolve concerns, build positive customer relationships, and identify recurring issues for team improvement.

Support promotional event planning and execution across Hyderabad venues, engage customers, advocate dairy products, conduct market research, manage venue relationships, organize interactive activities, and report event metrics to improve marketing strategies.
