Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints across support channels; provide professional assistance, maintain interaction records, escalate issues, resolve concerns, and identify recurring problems. Build positive customer relationships while supporting customer service operations. The role requires Kannada and English communication, basic computer skills, patience, listening, and problem-solving abilities. This is a 3–6 month internship in Bangalore with early-morning shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable function, including customer ledger scrutiny, receipt accounting, reconciliations, ageing analysis, overdue collection monitoring, dispute resolution, and month-end closure. The role supervises receivables staff, monitors unallocated receipts and customer advances, prepares MIS and audit schedules, and reports credit risks and outstanding balances to management.

Manage material balance and BMC sales reporting, maintain financial records in Tally, support invoicing and e-way bills, record milk purchases and sales, prepare milk payment sheets, reconcile four-day sheets, and maintain petty cash documentation. The role also requires communication with internal departments, accurate reporting, multitasking, and account management support.
