Senior leader responsible for end-to-end BESS operations including manufacturing, assembly, testing, commissioning support, supplier management, and continuous improvement to scale production, ensure quality, meet delivery commitments, and lead a high-performing operations team.

Lead and deliver enterprise technology projects—primarily ERP (NetSuite) and manufacturing systems—across full SDLC. Drive cross-functional teams, manage scope/schedule/budgets, facilitate requirements, design, testing/UAT, deployments, and post-production support. Promote Agile and governance, coach teams, mitigate risks, and report to executive stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure solutions that support manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations.

Lead execution of the global investor relations program: develop messaging, maintain analyst/ownership models, produce earnings materials and IR publications, manage investor outreach and conferences, coordinate earnings logistics and IR vendors, provide Wall Street feedback to management and support shareholder-related decisions.

Lead end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple locations and shifts. Ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing, manage timekeeping systems, payroll tax filings, audits, reconciliations, vendors, and payroll staff. Partner with HR and Finance, develop payroll controls and documentation, analyze payroll metrics, support annual processes (W-2, benefits), and drive automation and process improvements.

Lead design and delivery of employee-facing HR services including benefits, compensation, HRIS, compliance, reporting, analytics, and SOX-aligned controls. Own pay and incentive program design and governance, conduct pay equity analyses, manage vendors, lead a comp/benefits/HRIS team, and partner with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to align rewards with business outcomes.

Manage and grow the utility-scale solar product line for international markets through product development, NPI, roadmap and business planning, VoC-driven requirements, cross-functional matrix leadership, market analysis, and customer/channel relationship management.

Lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls for a SOX-compliant public company. Manage month/quarter/year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, AR, audits, and ERP-related projects. Mentor accounting staff, drive process improvements and automation, and support cross-functional initiatives including system implementations and acquisitions while ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance.

Lead manufacturing engineering for renewable-energy product lines: optimize production, design processes and equipment, implement lean improvements, perform time studies, develop work instructions and training, support new facility layout, deploy automated production data collection, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and efficiency.

Design mechanical components and power distribution systems for large-scale BESS and data center infrastructure using SolidWorks. Support prototype testing, design reviews, quoting, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety, manufacturability, quality, and sustainability.

Design and develop power distribution systems for BESS and photovoltaic systems. Perform electrical calculations and complex AC/DC power analysis, create schematics and wire harnesses, write integration and test procedures, support prototype testing, provide product cost analysis, review designs, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
