Leads enterprise-wide quality strategy across multiple manufacturing sites, overseeing QMS compliance, ISO 9001 certification, supplier quality, audits, CAPA, customer complaints, quality KPIs, and continuous improvement. Develops site quality teams, standardizes processes, supports new product introductions, manages the quality budget, presents performance to executives, and ensures compliance with UL and IEC standards. Regular travel across manufacturing facilities is required.

Designs, programs, commissions, and supports PLC, HMI, SCADA, electrical, and industrial network control systems for manufacturing equipment. Leads automation installations and capital projects, troubleshoots complex equipment issues, improves reliability and throughput, integrates robotics and vision systems, maintains controls documentation and standards, ensures code compliance, and mentors technicians and engineers.

Partners with plant operations leadership and supervises the plant HR team in a manufacturing environment. Manages recruiting, onboarding, employee relations investigations, performance reviews, attendance, HRIS records, payroll and timekeeping support, compliance with employment laws and FLSA, training, audits, and HR policy administration. Provides strategic input, supports organizational change, resolves conflicts, analyzes data, and improves HR processes across hourly and salaried multi-state workforces.

Leads enterprise architecture, governance, data strategy, integrations, and adoption of the Palantir platform. Designs scalable data architectures, ontology models, AI-enabled applications, APIs, and enterprise system integrations across ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and other functions. Establishes development, security, data quality, and compliance standards; mentors technical teams; partners with executives and stakeholders on digital transformation; and supports platform optimization, troubleshooting, and long-term roadmap planning.

Design, develop, deploy, and support Palantir-based enterprise applications, data pipelines, integrations, workflows, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Translate stakeholder needs into scalable technical solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, engineering, and commercial functions. Build AI-enabled workflows, automate reporting, troubleshoot data and application issues, and maintain governance, documentation, testing, and deployment standards while participating in Agile development.

Design, develop, and support enterprise applications, data pipelines, integrations, dashboards, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions within the Palantir ecosystem. Build user interfaces, scalable ontology models, automated reporting, and operational analytics while integrating enterprise systems. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, troubleshoot data and application issues, support testing and production releases, maintain governance and security standards, and contribute to Agile software delivery and documentation.

Serve as the primary onsite HR leader for a manufacturing facility. Manage employee relations, investigations, performance management, recruiting support, onboarding, workforce planning, compliance, training, engagement, and personnel administration. Advise site leadership and employees, analyze workforce metrics, coordinate HR programs, and collaborate with corporate HR, payroll, benefits, compensation, and talent acquisition teams.

Leads the design and development of power distribution and electrical infrastructure products for data centers, including busway systems, enclosures, and cable management solutions. Creates engineering documentation and performs design, thermal, structural, and tolerance analyses. Coordinates compliance, design verification, manufacturing launches, customer specifications, and cross-functional product development. Drives cost reduction and manufacturability initiatives while mentoring junior engineers and resolving technical issues.

Lead design and delivery of employee-facing HR services including benefits, compensation, HRIS, compliance, reporting, analytics, and SOX-aligned controls. Own pay and incentive program design and governance, conduct pay equity analyses, manage vendors, lead a comp/benefits/HRIS team, and partner with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to align rewards with business outcomes.

Manage and grow the utility-scale solar product line for international markets through product development, NPI, roadmap and business planning, VoC-driven requirements, cross-functional matrix leadership, market analysis, and customer/channel relationship management.

Support sales and engineering by designing and specifying EBOS and BESS solutions for utility-scale and mining solar PV projects in the Pacific. Produce BOMs, system layouts, technical presentations, and ensure compliance with AS/NZS standards while collaborating with customers, EPCs, and product teams to optimize cost and deployment.

Design and develop power distribution systems for BESS and photovoltaic systems. Perform electrical calculations and complex AC/DC power analysis, create schematics and wire harnesses, write integration and test procedures, support prototype testing, provide product cost analysis, review designs, and lead continuous improvement efforts.

Senior leader responsible for end-to-end BESS operations including manufacturing, assembly, testing, commissioning support, supplier management, and continuous improvement to scale production, ensure quality, meet delivery commitments, and lead a high-performing operations team.
