Leads complex software and technology projects across cross-functional teams, managing planning, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Oversees project lifecycles and Agile ceremonies, removes blockers, refines backlogs, coordinates releases, and promotes hybrid Agile practices. Provides coaching, team leadership, and consultative guidance while ensuring projects meet organizational objectives, timelines, quality standards, and commitments.

Leads enterprise-wide quality strategy across multiple manufacturing sites, overseeing QMS compliance, ISO 9001 certification, supplier quality, audits, CAPA, customer complaints, quality KPIs, and continuous improvement. Develops site quality teams, standardizes processes, supports new product introductions, manages the quality budget, presents performance to executives, and ensures compliance with UL and IEC standards. Regular travel across manufacturing facilities is required.

Designs, programs, commissions, and supports PLC, HMI, SCADA, electrical, and industrial network control systems for manufacturing equipment. Leads automation installations and capital projects, troubleshoots complex equipment issues, improves reliability and throughput, integrates robotics and vision systems, maintains controls documentation and standards, ensures code compliance, and mentors technicians and engineers.
