Oversee daily car wash operations, supervise and train crew, enforce safety and wash quality standards, log maintenance, assist with inventory and equipment troubleshooting, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Oversee grill food preparation, ensure sanitation and safety standards, manage supplies and equipment, train and supervise grill staff, and maintain clean work areas.

Prepare and cook food following production procedures and sanitation standards, ensure supply availability, report equipment issues, clean grill area, and provide customer service while following safety and uniform requirements.

Provide administrative HR support including maintaining employee records, onboarding/preboarding, new hire orientation, ADP processing for promotions/transfers/terminations, performance review assistance, internal audits, HR inbox/ticket response, and general HR operations.

Provide remote troubleshooting and monitoring for store assets, use remote monitoring tools to diagnose issues, coordinate with site personnel and contractors, dispatch technicians when needed, answer calls/emails, and support maintenance projects to maximize facility uptime.
