Leads brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, customer and internal communications, loyalty engagement, community relations, retail activations, and agency partnerships across a multi-location convenience retail network. Manages brand consistency, campaign performance, marketing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional collaboration to increase awareness, customer retention, loyalty participation, and business growth.

Provides frontline support to convenience stores by monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordinating equipment, technology, fuel, and facility issue resolution. Uses remote monitoring tools, guides store personnel through troubleshooting, manages site issues and work orders, dispatches technicians and contractors, escalates urgent requests, and coordinates with vendors and field teams. The role also supports RTOC process improvements, technology rollouts, data cleanup, and maintenance projects while helping reduce downtime and maintain safe, reliable store operations.

Supports month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. Maintains fixed asset records, reviews capital expenditures, manages CIP/AUC projects, calculates depreciation, and prepares accounting entries for asset activity. Partners with operations, tax, project teams, and finance leaders to resolve discrepancies, ensure compliance, and improve processes.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, monthly reporting, financial modeling, and performance analysis. Develop Power BI dashboards, automate finance processes, and translate financial and operational data into actionable insights. Partner with Finance, Operations, Retail, and other teams on business cases, investment analysis, process improvements, and strategic projects. Present performance drivers and recommendations to senior leadership.

Support daily store operations by tracking permits and compliance, coordinating vendors and field leaders, handling cash and inventory documentation, resolving store issues and customer escalations, preparing operational and compliance reports, and supporting new store openings, acquisitions, and special projects.

Lead and conduct complex workplace investigations and provide escalated employee relations support. Mentor HR Business Partners, advise leaders on policy, documentation, and risk-informed decisions, and recommend preventive measures. Manage multiple cases, prepare clear investigation reports, and promote consistent, compliant HR practices across field-based operations.

Develop and execute category strategies for snack products to drive sales and profitability. Manage assortment, pricing, supplier negotiations, inventory, promotions, and merchandising. Analyze sales and forecasts, create business cases, implement assortment optimizations biannually, maintain price book and category hierarchy, and collaborate with marketing. Frequent travel to store sites required to support execution.

Conduct field HSSE assurance across retail, maintenance, and construction sites: verify incident reporting and corrective actions, identify and escalate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, validate data integrity, and provide structured feedback to drive corrective action and continuous improvement.

Prepare and cook food following production procedures and sanitation standards, ensure supply availability, report equipment issues, clean grill area, and provide customer service while following safety and uniform requirements.

Oversee daily car wash operations, supervise and train crew, enforce safety and wash quality standards, log maintenance, assist with inventory and equipment troubleshooting, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Oversee grill food preparation, ensure sanitation and safety standards, manage supplies and equipment, train and supervise grill staff, and maintain clean work areas.

Prepare and store grilled food following established production procedures and sanitation standards; maintain supplies, report equipment issues, clean grill area, lift and move items up to 50 lbs, and deliver friendly customer service while following safety, uniform, and hygiene rules.

Manage daily operations across assigned convenience stores, lead and coach store teams, drive sales and KPIs, ensure brand and regulatory compliance, implement training and marketing initiatives, and travel frequently to store locations.
