Manage daily operations across assigned convenience stores, lead and coach store teams, drive sales and KPIs, ensure brand and regulatory compliance, implement training and marketing initiatives, and travel frequently to store locations.

Coordinate interview scheduling across time zones, manage candidate communications, maintain ATS records, prepare interview materials, assist with offers and background checks, and support process improvements while maintaining confidentiality.

Prepare and store grilled food following established production procedures and sanitation standards; maintain supplies, report equipment issues, clean grill area, lift and move items up to 50 lbs, and deliver friendly customer service while following safety, uniform, and hygiene rules.
