Partners with business and technology leaders to improve reliability, scalability, adoption, operational efficiency, and measurable business value. Manages internal teams, contractors, vendors, and technology partners while reporting to the Chief Technology Officer.

Leads enterprise data, analytics, AI, automation, and governance strategy. Oversees data platforms, pipelines, business intelligence, reporting, data quality, AI foundations, intelligent automation, and cross-functional technology investments. Owns strategy, roadmap, budget, vendor relationships, and organizational resources while translating technical initiatives into measurable business and financial outcomes.

Leads technology operations and reliability across a distributed retail network, including POS, payments, infrastructure, cloud, networking, workplace technology, service management, and deployment readiness. Oversees major incidents, availability, operational automation, vendors, budgets, compliance, and continuous improvement. Supports acquisitions, remodels, new store openings, and technology integrations while managing internal teams and service providers.
