Seva Enterprise LLP is recruiting graduates and postgraduates for multiple on-site roles at its Ajmer office. Openings span CA, CS, commerce, law, IT, engineering, HR and related fields. Both internships and full-time positions are available. Candidates must work full-time on-site in Ajmer; relocation assistance is provided.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO/Managing Director: manage schedules, travel, communications, meeting coordination and minutes, handle confidential information, coordinate cross-functional updates, support strategic initiatives and business development, and arrange extensive domestic and international travel logistics.

Provide administrative support to Account Executives and Representatives: prepare and file sales documents, design proposals, update account databases, coordinate meetings/demos, research prospects, collaborate on pre/post-sales, report campaign results, and assist promotional material creation to improve client relationships and drive growth.

Manage US accounting and business tax processes: prepare and review tax returns, estimate liabilities, ensure regulatory compliance, communicate with clients for documentation, research tax trends, and develop tax strategies to optimize deductions and address potential issues.
