Provide technical support to internal staff and clients across software, hardware, operating systems, and networks. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, install and configure systems, maintain documentation, apply updates and patches, monitor performance, support employee onboarding, and escalate complex problems. The role also assists with system security and requires strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Reviews and prepares U.S. individual and gift tax returns, including complex international tax forms. Inputs tax data, researches tax laws, resolves team queries, reviews financial statements, manages client deliverables, and maintains high-quality client service. The role also involves training junior staff, staying current with tax regulations, communicating in English, and working onsite in Ajmer with flexibility for additional hours.

Supports U.S. compliance operations, including entity formation, business identification, bank account documentation, state filings, sales tax registration and returns, payroll processing, FDI/ODI forms, and resolution of compliance notices. Coordinates with U.S. clients and agencies while assisting compliance executives and representatives. The role requires organization, multitasking, research, client service, and strong communication skills.
