The role also involves training junior staff, staying current with tax regulations, communicating in English, and working onsite in Ajmer with flexibility for additional hours.

This position is exclusively & solely with Seva Enterprise LLP and is based at our Ajmer location. The role requires full-time physical presence at our Ajmer office and does not offer any work-from-home or remote options.
1. Preparation/ Review of US Tax returns Individual (1040),(1040 NR), Gift Tax return (709)
2. Having knowledge of tax form 5471, 5472, 1116 ,2555, FinCin 114, 8938 etc.
3. Well, an expert on research skills for completing the complex tax returns.
4. Handles and resolve tax query from their team members.
5. Provide timely, high quality client services that meets or exceeds client expectations.
6. Opportunity to learn new Cloud Software and Addons.
7. Tax data input of incomes and schedules, K-1, W-2 .
8. Keep up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax laws.
9. Good Knowledge about Basic Concepts of taxation and accounting.
10. Working knowledge of tax and regulations in India (Will be preferred).
11. Must have very good communication skills in English language, both verbal as well as written.
12. Tech savvy and maintain flexibility to work extra hours, as necessary, to meet client commitments.
13. Experience to go through financials statements.
14. Manage the day to day client deliverables and take necessary follow-ups
15. Develop, motivate, and train staff level team members.
16. Self-Review of individual tax returns.
17. US Tax Knowledge (preferred).

- Proven work experience as a Business Tax Associate or any other similar role.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular).
- Organizational and time-management skills.
