Lead plant HR operations in Nyirbator: supervise a 3-person HR team, manage people budget and salary reviews, drive organizational development and employee engagement, ensure compliance with Hungarian labor law, oversee recruitment and employee relations, reporting to the Regional Director.

Lead plant operations to drive operational excellence across Production, Technical, Logistics, and Quality. Optimize workforce capabilities, monitor KPIs (material yield, conformity, productivity, 5S), implement WCM and energy/process improvements, manage budgeting/forecasting, represent the company externally, and deliver cost-reduction and performance initiatives.

Support the Plant Manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company procedures. Perform HSE documentation, inspections, incident reporting, basic risk assessments, communications, and cooperation with production teams to promote a safe, compliant manufacturing environment.

Support HR Manager with payroll verification and payslip distribution, administrative HR tasks (contracts, records, archives), training and performance tracking, recruitment support, travel arrangements, and general HR operations to ensure up-to-date HR data and process compliance.

Maintain accounting records via ERP, perform reconciliations, manage AP and invoicing (including intercompany), support tax calculations and statutory reporting, prepare financial statements and audit documentation, and assist the Administration and Finance Manager to ensure compliance with accounting and fiscal regulations. Role is based in Konya.

Manage and lead plant quality operations: supervise safety compliance, lead quality team, resolve non-conformities, implement and maintain ISO/GMP systems, run internal audits, ensure calibration and incoming material control, support product industrialization and continuous improvement.
