Teams at Serioplast

Leads the global R&D function, defining strategy and managing the project portfolio. Oversees multidisciplinary teams developing and industrializing rigid plastic packaging solutions, balancing resources, quality, timing, and costs. Drives innovation through new materials, technologies, and market trends while partnering with customers and cross-functional teams. Requires substantial leadership experience in R&D, product development, or engineering, along with expertise in plastic packaging and EBM, SBM, and injection moulding technologies.

Assists the logistics department with inbound and outbound goods flow, including SAP receiving records, delivery documentation, transportation coordination, returnable packaging, inventory, and purchase orders. Prepares Excel reports, analyzes logistics data, organizes electronic files, manages waste documentation, and communicates with internal teams, customers, and transportation partners. Supports warehouse and production logistics while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

Support HR Manager with payroll verification and payslip distribution, administrative HR tasks (contracts, records, archives), training and performance tracking, recruitment support, travel arrangements, and general HR operations to ensure up-to-date HR data and process compliance.
