Assists the logistics department with inbound and outbound goods flow, including SAP receiving records, delivery documentation, transportation coordination, returnable packaging, inventory, and purchase orders. Prepares Excel reports, analyzes logistics data, organizes electronic files, manages waste documentation, and communicates with internal teams, customers, and transportation partners. Supports warehouse and production logistics while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

Supports HR Services through front desk reception, switchboard operations, mail and package distribution, DHL shipments, purchase order entry, event coordination, travel and fleet administration, office organization, and general administrative tasks. The intern also assists with internal communications and daily HR team activities while working in an international headquarters environment.

Manage logistics, warehouse operations, raw material inventory, production planning, waste disposal, transportation documentation, and import/export procedures. Prepare purchase orders, coordinate deliveries with procurement and transportation contractors, maintain SAP material and product movements, and support ERP and process improvement initiatives. Ensure safety, hygiene, FIFO inventory control, and production continuity while collaborating with production, sales, R&D, and global teams.
