Support HR Manager with payroll verification and payslip distribution, administrative HR tasks (contracts, records, archives), training and performance tracking, recruitment support, travel arrangements, and general HR operations to ensure up-to-date HR data and process compliance.

Support the Plant Manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company procedures. Perform HSE documentation, inspections, incident reporting, basic risk assessments, communications, and cooperation with production teams to promote a safe, compliant manufacturing environment.

Lead plant operations to drive operational excellence across Production, Technical, Logistics, and Quality. Optimize workforce capabilities, monitor KPIs (material yield, conformity, productivity, 5S), implement WCM and energy/process improvements, manage budgeting/forecasting, represent the company externally, and deliver cost-reduction and performance initiatives.
