Lead plant HR operations in Nyirbator: supervise a 3-person HR team, manage people budget and salary reviews, drive organizational development and employee engagement, ensure compliance with Hungarian labor law, oversee recruitment and employee relations, reporting to the Regional Director.

Lead plant operations to drive operational excellence across Production, Technical, Logistics, and Quality. Optimize workforce capabilities, monitor KPIs (material yield, conformity, productivity, 5S), implement WCM and energy/process improvements, manage budgeting/forecasting, represent the company externally, and deliver cost-reduction and performance initiatives.

Support the Plant Manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company procedures. Perform HSE documentation, inspections, incident reporting, basic risk assessments, communications, and cooperation with production teams to promote a safe, compliant manufacturing environment.
