The Technologist reports to the Technical Manager and is responsible for guaranteeing production continuity and product conformity by ensuring process stability in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment regulations, and in line with company standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Maintains accounting records through the ERP system, performs account reconciliations, and manages accounts and accounts payable (AP) processes.
- Manages invoicing processes for customers and intercompany transactions, ensuring the accurate recording of related accounting entries.
- Supports tax calculations, statutory declarations, and the preparation of the balance sheet, income statement, and other financial reports.
- Contributes to the preparation of financial reports by analyzing accounting data and prepares the documentation required for periodic audits.
- Supports the implementation of accounting and fiscal regulations and contributes to the financial and administrative processes carried out by the Administration and Finance Manager.
- Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Good knowledge of tax legislation and regulations.
- Good knowledge of business economics.
- Excellent applied knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Basic knowledge of English.
- Strong accountability mindset; takes ownership of actions and results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Resilient and passionate, with a proactive approach to challenges.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 year of experience as an Accountant in a manufacturing company or in a company operating in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
📍 This position is based in Konya. Applicants must reside in Konya.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accountant in a manufacturing company or in a company operating under IFRS
- Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Good knowledge of tax legislation and regulations
- Excellent applied knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience with SAP
- Basic knowledge of English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
