- Manage the R&D project portfolio, balancing priorities, resources, quality, timing, and costs.
- Lead the development and industrialisation of packaging solutions.
- Drive product innovation by identifying new technologies, materials, and market trends.
- Build strong partnerships with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver successful product development projects.
- Degree in Engineering or another relevant scientific discipline.
- Significant leadership experience in R&D, Product Development, or Engineering within FMCG or a related manufacturing industry.
- Relevant Experience with Plastics Packaging Solutions and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of plastic moulding technologies (EBM, SBM, and Injection Moulding).
- Proven experience in product development, industrialisation, and project management.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
