Lead SEON’s global IT and systems administration function across multiple markets. Own IT service delivery, help desk operations, onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, SaaS and access management, SLAs, vendor relationships, office infrastructure, documentation, and automation. Build scalable support processes, reduce reactive ticket volume, develop the global IT team, and partner with People, Security, Workplace & Facilities, and the COO on operational continuity.

Supports daily London office operations by welcoming visitors, managing access and meeting rooms, maintaining office organization, liaising with service providers, supporting onboarding, handling mail and documentation, tracking equipment, and coordinating workplace events. The role is part-time, office-based, and requires 25 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Define and guide technical architecture for customer platform and real-time scoring teams. Design scalable, secure, compliant, multi-tenant SaaS and distributed systems; integrate external data providers; deliver proofs of concept; document architectural decisions; mentor engineers; own cross-team interfaces; support planning, estimation, hands-on delivery, and occasional customer-facing technical challenges.

Own FP&A for corporate G&A and operating expenses, support R&D and product cost planning, lead monthly budget-versus-actuals reporting, prepare consolidated reports and board-deck inputs, and act as a finance partner to non-revenue functions. The role also manages FP&A system workflows, data integrity, forecasting, variance analysis, and budget-owner collaboration in a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS environment.

Develop and maintain production web scrapers in Python for SEON’s real-time data enrichment platform. Investigate cross-component issues, work with proxy infrastructure, write comprehensive tests, participate in incident response, and apply reliability, observability, and SRE practices. The role includes code reviews, deployment pipeline work, AI-assisted development, and collaboration with backend, infrastructure, and product teams. Candidates should have 1–2 years of software engineering experience or equivalent project experience, web scraping exposure, and foundational networking knowledge.

Provide commercial contract review and negotiation, employment-law support under Hungarian law, and legal guidance across business functions. Advise Compliance, Finance, Product, Revenue, and People teams; optimize legal processes and systems; supervise external counsel and legal vendors; and support stakeholders across European operations. The role is a 12-month maternity cover based in Budapest with potential extension or permanent employment.

Own quality architecture and automated test coverage for SEON’s Scoring engine across UI, API, service, unit, integration, and component layers. Build reusable testing methodologies, AI-driven test generation workflows, CI/CD merge gates, k6 performance tests, and Pact contract tests. Participate in PR reviews, identify edge cases and AI-generated errors, track emerging AI testing tools, and promote quality standards through documentation and team enablement.

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack customer platform features using Node.js, TypeScript, React, NestJS, REST, and database technologies. Design modular systems and microservices, optimize performance, write automated tests, review code, improve architecture, and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle. Mentor engineers, collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams, support continuous delivery, and help evolve SEON’s fraud prevention and customer-facing applications.
