Build and maintain a reproducible platform for embedded and edge devices, including companion computers, ground control stations, CI/CD infrastructure, releases, fleet inventory, and remote device management. Automate provisioning, validation, updates, rollback, recovery, and configuration drift detection across hardware, firmware, operating systems, drivers, containers, and applications. Improve secure remote access, release reliability, artifact management, and Terraform-managed infrastructure.

Define unmanned aerial vehicle system architectures and translate business and technical requirements into subsystem specifications. Design interfaces across mechanical, electrical, communication, and software systems; support prototype integration; resolve system-level blockers; and document trade-offs involving performance, cost, weight, flight time, payload, manufacturability, and scalability. The role coordinates multiple engineering teams across airframe, avionics, propulsion, power, sensors, communications, and production.

Lead Sentinel Eagle’s defense-focused sales and go-to-market strategy across Germany, the Baltics, Europe, and beyond. Identify target defense customers, adapt autonomous UAV solutions for customized B2G needs, secure high-value strategic contracts, navigate government procurement and export dynamics, and shape pricing. Build sales funnels, account strategies, and commercial materials while establishing and eventually leading a scalable sales organization.

Develop 3D models, assemblies, technical drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation for airframes, manufacturing tooling, and mechanical products. Support designs from concept through manufacturing release, manage product data and revisions in Teamcenter, identify manufacturability issues, and collaborate with production teams. The role requires mechanical design knowledge, Siemens NX and PDM/PLM experience, ownership, communication, and teamwork. Aerospace design, tooling, DFM/DFA, CFD, and FEM experience are preferred.

Integrate, troubleshoot, and improve autonomous UAV embedded systems spanning Linux, flight controllers, firmware, hardware interfaces, networking, storage, and custom electronics. Diagnose system-level failures involving drivers, signal integrity, grounding, interoperability, and field reliability. Develop diagnostic scripts and debugging procedures, support hardware prototyping and rework, and collaborate with hardware and software teams on root-cause analysis and corrective design changes.
