Your RoleAs a Logistics Specialist, you’ll help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll manage warehouse inventory, coordinate deliveries, support employees with on-site logistics, and help improve the processes that make our offices work.
What you will be doing- Managing day-to-day logistics and operational tasks, tracking progress, and addressing issues as they arise
- Managing and organizing warehouse inventory
- Receiving goods from suppliers and coordinating their delivery
- Working with internal teams and other organizational partners
- Transporting products to employees across the company’s premises
- Identifying opportunities to improve logistics processes and helping put those improvements into practice
- A hands-on approach to technical and maintenance issues
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay resilient when priorities change
- Experience planning and managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Ability to analyze information and create reports using Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented approach
- Comfortable with physical work; the role may occasionally require working six days a week when needed
- English-speaking skills are an advantage

What We Do
LTS serves three markets today. In media & entertainment, studios, VFX houses, and video platforms use LTX for animation, keyframing, and generating video at scale from existing assets. In real-time experiences, LTX powers talking avatars and efficient on-device rendering for interactive engines like Unity. In robotics and physical AI, we work with partners like Standard Bots and Markov Robotics to train and deploy world action models. What sets us apart across all three: our models are open, efficient, and adaptable. We were founded by four computer-science PhDs who never stopped thinking like researchers. That mindset still defines us: deep technical ambition, a bias toward building, and a belief that the best creative tools haven't been invented yet.
