Develop and maintain Seismic Consulting Group’s visual identity across brand, corporate, proposal, report, digital, and marketing materials. Translate complex research, policy insights, data, and institutional narratives into clear, persuasive visual communication. Create templates, guidelines, infographics, presentations, and campaign assets while collaborating with consultants, researchers, proposal teams, developers, and communications staff. Manage multiple design projects, ensure quality and consistency, and contribute creative direction under tight deadlines.

Own end-to-end delivery of donor-funded projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes. Lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants, subcontractors, clients, government counterparts, and development partners. Manage work plans, schedules, budgets, risks, contracts, reporting, quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, and project closeout. Automate deployments, monitoring, logging, security, backups, and disaster recovery across development, staging, and production. Shapes collection strategy, positions contemporary African art for international audiences, supports onboarding of partners, and advises collector engagement while contributing to the platform's editorial and thought leadership.

Drive business development and close gallery acquisitions by building relationships with artists, galleries, collectors and partners. Manage end-to-end sales cycles, exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, conduct offsite client meetings, educate galleries on digital strategy, use CRM and AI/automation to improve processes, and collaborate on market-targeting strategies tied to events and seasonality.
