The Engineering Manager will be responsible for guiding engineering teams in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining scalable digital products and platforms across Seismic Tech. You will work closely with product managers, designers, business stakeholders, and engineers to translate complex requirements into reliable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.
This is a hands-on engineering leadership role. While you will provide technical direction and manage engineering delivery, you are expected to actively contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, debugging, system design, technical problem-solving, and engineering standards.
Engineering Leadership & Architecture

- Experience working with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with modern software development workflows, CI/CD, testing, and deployment practices.
- Strong programming experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or similar technologies.
