Develop and maintain Seismic Consulting Group’s visual identity across brand, corporate, proposal, report, digital, and marketing materials. Translate complex research, policy insights, data, and institutional narratives into clear, persuasive visual communication. Create templates, guidelines, infographics, presentations, and campaign assets while collaborating with consultants, researchers, proposal teams, developers, and communications staff. Manage multiple design projects, ensure quality and consistency, and contribute creative direction under tight deadlines.

Own end-to-end delivery of donor-funded projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes. Lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants, subcontractors, clients, government counterparts, and development partners. Manage work plans, schedules, budgets, risks, contracts, reporting, quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, and project closeout. Support proposals and business development while ensuring compliance with World Bank and donor requirements. Travel may be required for field missions and client meetings.

Design, implement, and maintain Linux infrastructure, containerized workloads, Kubernetes environments, networking, reverse proxies, and CI/CD pipelines. Automate deployments, monitoring, logging, security, backups, and disaster recovery across development, staging, and production. Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, manage production releases, investigate incidents, improve reliability, document operational procedures, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and manual work. This is a fully onsite role in Abuja.
