Plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, manage workflows, analyze GA4/Hotjar/Clarity insights to optimize KPIs, lead creative direction and content calendars, collaborate with performance teams across major ad platforms, ensure e-commerce campaign readiness on Zid and Salla, and create/edit high-performing short-form videos using CapCut and AI tools.

Support branch sales operations by traveling between locations to distribute and transfer products, ensure availability, assist merchandising, coordinate with branch and warehouse staff, prepare distribution reports, and provide customer service to help meet sales targets.
