Leads end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment, marketplace operations, warehouse and inventory control, shipping and courier partnerships, branch replenishment, seasonal exhibition stock, and external manufacturing. Supervises cross-functional teams, enforces operational procedures and service levels, reconciles inventory and shipping data, builds reports and dashboards, investigates root causes, and implements corrective improvements across Zid, marketplaces, WMS, fulfillment, logistics, and manufacturing workflows.

Plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, manage workflows, analyze GA4/Hotjar/Clarity insights to optimize KPIs, lead creative direction and content calendars, collaborate with performance teams across major ad platforms, ensure e-commerce campaign readiness on Zid and Salla, and create/edit high-performing short-form videos using CapCut and AI tools.

Manage and grow the company's online store and marketplace presence (Zid/Salla, Noon, Amazon, Trendyol). Add and optimize product listings, ensure data accuracy and platform compliance, coordinate inventory and orders with warehouse/shipping, support digital marketing and paid campaigns, monitor competitor activity, and track sales/performance to improve visibility and conversions.
