Provides administrative and executive support for retail stores and the VP of Center Store. Responsibilities include competitive pricing updates, retail maintenance requests, calendar and travel coordination, document maintenance, office communications, purchase orders, store supplies, special orders, and item change memos. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, multitasking, Google Workspace proficiency, and occasional lifting in a hybrid St. Louis office environment.

Supervise accounts payable staff and processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing, accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and period-end close activities. Oversee payment disbursements, resolve banking issues, support Oracle Fusion implementation, monitor forecasts, analyze income statement activity, maintain internal controls, and recommend process improvements.

Implements and maintains labor standards, conducts time studies, evaluates labor impacts of process changes and equipment, and supports labor forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Identifies opportunities to standardize, eliminate, or improve workflows and processes. Builds knowledge of workforce management systems and supports continuous improvement and special projects within retail operations.

Manages enterprise insurance claims, RMIS data, Total Cost of Risk analysis, insurance administration, self-insurance compliance, contractual risk transfer, and business continuity support. The role coordinates with insurers, third-party administrators, adjusters, vendors, and internal teams; administers Origami Risk and carrier platforms; processes invoices and renewals; supports risk committees; and conducts field investigations and loss-control activities.

Manages daily treasury and cash management activities for multiple entities, including banking arrangements, cash accounting, reconciliations, financial statement updates, quarterly reporting, cash forecasting, and project-specific financial analysis. Partners with treasury leadership to recommend banking services and supports treasury projects involving internal teams, contractors, and vendors.

Leads HR technology strategy, Workday ownership, HR operations centralization, and service delivery improvement. Oversees Workday administration, data governance, integrations, security, releases, vendor management, automation, technology investments, and operational controls. Builds standardized HR processes, case management, self-service, and knowledge resources while measuring service quality and productivity. Manages and develops the HR technology and operations team, partners across HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and business units, and leads change management for a distributed workforce.
