Provides administrative and executive support for retail stores and the VP of Center Store. Responsibilities include competitive pricing updates, retail maintenance requests, calendar and travel coordination, document maintenance, office communications, purchase orders, store supplies, special orders, and item change memos. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, multitasking, Google Workspace proficiency, and occasional lifting in a hybrid St. Louis office environment.

Supervise accounts payable staff and processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing, accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and period-end close activities. Oversee payment disbursements, resolve banking issues, support Oracle Fusion implementation, monitor forecasts, analyze income statement activity, maintain internal controls, and recommend process improvements.

Implements and maintains labor standards, conducts time studies, evaluates labor impacts of process changes and equipment, and supports labor forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Identifies opportunities to standardize, eliminate, or improve workflows and processes. Builds knowledge of workforce management systems and supports continuous improvement and special projects within retail operations.
