Manage daily LCL export operations for NVOCC: handle customer inquiries, bookings, carrier and warehouse coordination, document compliance, shipment monitoring, and internal coordination to meet SOPs and timelines.

Manage LCL export operations including carrier and vendor relationships, rate negotiation, compliance with US export regulations, team leadership, KPI management, load/rolling decisions, and process improvement.

Designs scalable enterprise and ERP solutions, leading API-driven integrations, EDI frameworks, event-driven architectures, data pipelines, microservices, and real-time messaging. Defines AI/ML architecture and integrates machine learning, NLP, and intelligent decision engines into ERP processes. Guides cloud-native deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP using Terraform and Ansible, and collaborates with DevOps, application, development, and QA teams on secure, compliant, high-performance systems.

Manage customer and stakeholder inquiries, meet KPIs, support client success and business growth, train colleagues, multitask under pressure, accept responsibility, and occasionally travel overseas.

Manage daily air import/export operations for a Houston branch: supervise staff, ensure timely processing and regulatory compliance, coordinate carriers and agents, resolve shipment issues, control costs, prepare operational and financial reports, and lead budgeting and forecasting.

Coordinate FCL, LCL, and co-load import shipments from assigned origins. Submit and validate manifests via e2m, verify pre-alerts, coordinate with carriers, brokers, warehouses and shipping lines, prepare customs and release documents (MBL, DO, authorizations, container guaranty), assist with HBL endorsement and trigger release orders through Phoenix, and liaise with overseas offices, partners, and agents to support department operations.

Resolve escalated issues, coordinate with carriers, brokers, agents, truckers, warehouses, and overseas offices, and ensure customer-specific procedures and confidentiality requirements are followed. Review operational and financial exceptions, train staff, maintain accurate records, and identify process improvements.
