Coordinates European freight tenders and RFQs, develops and validates pricing strategies, manages submissions and negotiations, resolves awarded-tender issues, and improves pricing and costing tools. The role collaborates with regional offices, trade lane teams, resource centers, and global stakeholders to align commercial strategies with customer requirements and business goals.

Coordinate export sea freight shipments, including LCL and FCL consolidations, bookings, quotations, cargo planning, documentation, and job-file closing. Liaise with origins, overseas agents, carriers, and co-loaders to ensure compliant, timely shipment execution. The role requires independent work, strong communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and at least two years of relevant export freight-forwarding experience.

Leads an accounting team of 20–40 employees, ensuring quality service, KPI performance, coaching, compliance, risk mitigation, and process improvement. Oversees AP/AR functions, communicates with stakeholders and vendors, resolves issues, and collaborates on efficiency initiatives. Requires strong accounting knowledge, leadership, analytical ability, and experience with accounting software.
