Prepare competitive air, ocean, domestic, and project cargo quotes using Phoenix, TMS, operational systems, and online tools. Calculate freight weights, dimensions, space requirements, container needs, and applicable rates. Review carrier lanes, ports, hubs, tariffs, Incoterms, and vendor proposals. Respond to overseas requests, support RFQs, and maintain regular internal and external customer communication.

Coordinates full-container-load export shipments from booking through cargo arrival. Manages customer inquiries, carrier and warehouse communication, container status, vessel changes, trucking and rail instructions, shipment discrepancies, quotations, trade lanes, and required shipping documentation while ensuring SOPs, workflows, and deadlines are followed.

Develops new business opportunities, expands the client base, achieves sales targets, and drives revenue growth. Builds client relationships, conducts market research, prepares presentations and proposals, negotiates contracts, collaborates on tailored solutions, monitors sales performance, and represents the company at industry and networking events.
