Coordinate export bookings and shipment tracking, respond to local and overseas customer inquiries, liaise with carriers, warehouses, truckers and fumigation providers, ensure shipping documentation and SOP compliance, and coordinate internally with sales and documentation teams.

Manage LCL sea export operations: coordinate with suppliers/agents, arrange pickup/transport, handle invoicing and event monitoring, control costs and financial month-end, liaise with overseas offices, resolve customer complaints/claims, monitor trade trends and ensure compliance.

Creates, edits, publishes, and maintains technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, knowledge-base articles, tutorials, release notes, installation procedures, and system announcements. Translates complex IT concepts for technical and nontechnical audiences, collaborates with engineers and support teams, ensures content quality and consistency, manages documentation lifecycle and version control, and incorporates screenshots, graphics, and diagrams.
