Provide substantive legal support to the General Counsel including contract drafting and review, FMC and regulatory compliance, legal research, collections and claims support, and collaboration with compliance, claims, HR, finance and external counsel to manage risk and support global shipping operations.

Coordinate LCL ocean export bookings and customer requests, manage inland pickups and transportation agreements, liaise with overseas offices/agents for approvals, troubleshoot between customers and agents, and ensure shipments comply with U.S. export laws and regulations. Provide customer service and operational support within a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment.
