Define AI roadmaps, prioritize use cases, deploy an enterprise AI platform, and establish secure governance for agents and automations. Drive AI-assisted development, FinOps, internal use of Scaleway AI products, and reusable best practices. The role coordinates Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Data, and business stakeholders, with future responsibility for building an Internal AI team.

Drive the strategy, roadmap, and development of Scaleway’s AI Inference and Generative APIs products. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, designing developer-focused APIs, collaborating with engineering, prioritizing features, analyzing usage and revenue data, monitoring AI and inference developments, and rapidly delivering new capabilities in a fast-changing B2B AI market.

Design and develop Marketplace platform features, maintain APIs, build OS image and packaging tools, automate image and container manufacturing, and manage application artifacts. Support external publishers, ensure artifact security through CI/CD and scanning, contribute to architecture, and collaborate with product and engineering teams on innovative technical initiatives.

Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify inbound/outbound leads using Sales Navigator, Outreach, Cargo, and Salesforce/HubSpot. Run discovery calls using MEDDIC, collaborate with Account Executives, manage pipeline, and meet activity and appointment quotas to grow Scaleway's European sales pipeline.

Serve as the technical owner for HPC customers from initial discussions and proofs of concept through onboarding and ongoing support. Translate simulation and computational requirements into cloud HPC solutions, design and deploy environments, demonstrate products, migrate workloads, and provide technical support. Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Application teams while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Support daily internal IT operations by preparing and maintaining PCs and Macs, resolving helpdesk tickets, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, setting up office technology, managing equipment inventory, and improving support processes. The intern will provide hands-on technical assistance to employees and contribute to workstation and hardware management across Scaleway offices.

Design, deploy, operate, and scale Scaleway's in-house object storage platform. Improve performance, reliability and automation, open new regions/Zones, participate in L2 on-call, troubleshoot production incidents, work with Data Center teams, and produce documentation.

Build and maintain custom automation and tooling for SOC, CSIRT, and Trust & Safety teams to improve threat detection, incident response, and compliance in a SecNumCloud environment. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, optimize scripts and workflows, and support secure cloud operations.

Lead the Support Engineering, HPC, and SRE teams responsible for Scaleway’s GPU Cloud infrastructure. Own technical strategy, architecture, technology choices, cluster deployment, reliability, capacity management, automation, observability, and operational excellence. Validate the feasibility of strategic commercial commitments and align Engineering with GTM, Product, Operations, and Service Management. Manage two Engineering Managers and develop a 14-person engineering organization while providing technical leadership for complex AI and HPC infrastructure projects.

Prospect and qualify Polish market leads via outbound outreach and events, manage pipeline in Salesforce/HubSpot, use MEDDIC to qualify opportunities, and collaborate with local Account Executive to drive cloud adoption.

Serve as the primary technical pre-sales contact for Swedish enterprise prospects; perform technical discovery, design Scaleway-based cloud architectures, support migration and POCs, run workshops, collaborate with Sales/Product/Engineering, and help improve pre-sales tools and documentation.

Develop and maintain backend and admin software to operate bare-metal cloud infrastructure. Implement Python services, build React/TypeScript frontends or manage IaC (Terraform/Ansible), optimize deployments, refactor legacy code, and collaborate in a Scrum squad to ship next-generation infrastructure features.

Act as primary technical contact in pre-sales for large-scale GPU and AI projects: analyze AI workloads, design and provision custom GPU clusters, run POCs, translate constraints into business value, and collaborate with sales and engineering to close enterprise deals.

Own and drive the product roadmap for core storage offerings (Object, Block, File). Translate customer needs into technical requirements, run PoCs with R&D, collaborate cross-functionally, leverage data (Metabase, n8n) for decisions, and support go-to-market and client engagement to scale storage infrastructure.

Lead design and development of a new Marketplace platform: build backend services in Go and SQL, manage artifact lifecycles (OS/container images), design distributed scalable microservices, create and maintain APIs, ensure code quality, collaborate with Product and Core Engineering, and recruit and mentor a team while balancing hands-on development with strategic management.

Translate product requirements into server, storage, HPC and AI hardware solutions. Evaluate vendors (ODM/OEM), drive specification and customization, perform TCO and cost analyses, support product business plans, follow hardware from design to implementation, conduct technology watch, document decisions, and collaborate with vendors and internal engineering and validation teams.

Lead the object storage product portfolio (Standard, One-zone IA, Glacier, etc.): define roadmap and vision, drive delivery and growth, run discovery/PoCs, coach junior PMs, align cross-functional teams, and support go-to-market and customer engagements.
