Design, develop, and manage digital learning pathways and certifications for Scaleway. Analyze learner needs and program effectiveness, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Documentation and Sales, and support commercialization and continuous improvement of training offerings.

Serve as the technical owner for HPC customers from initial discussions and proofs of concept through onboarding and ongoing support. Translate simulation and computational requirements into cloud HPC solutions, design and deploy environments, demonstrate products, migrate workloads, and provide technical support. Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Application teams while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Support daily internal IT operations by preparing and maintaining PCs and Macs, resolving helpdesk tickets, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, setting up office technology, managing equipment inventory, and improving support processes. The intern will provide hands-on technical assistance to employees and contribute to workstation and hardware management across Scaleway offices.

Design, deploy, operate, and scale Scaleway's in-house object storage platform. Improve performance, reliability and automation, open new regions/Zones, participate in L2 on-call, troubleshoot production incidents, work with Data Center teams, and produce documentation.

Build and maintain custom automation and tooling for SOC, CSIRT, and Trust & Safety teams to improve threat detection, incident response, and compliance in a SecNumCloud environment. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, optimize scripts and workflows, and support secure cloud operations.

Lead the Support Engineering, HPC, and SRE teams responsible for Scaleway’s GPU Cloud infrastructure. Own technical strategy, architecture, technology choices, cluster deployment, reliability, capacity management, automation, observability, and operational excellence. Validate the feasibility of strategic commercial commitments and align Engineering with GTM, Product, Operations, and Service Management. Manage two Engineering Managers and develop a 14-person engineering organization while providing technical leadership for complex AI and HPC infrastructure projects.

Provide technical customer support through tickets and phone for cloud infrastructure issues. Diagnose problems involving compute, Linux systems, networking, storage, authentication, permissions, APIs, quotas, and resource deployment. Guide customers toward resolution, escalate complex incidents to engineering and product teams, identify recurring issues, and improve internal support procedures. The role requires French and English proficiency, logical troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Linux and virtualization, network administration, IP management, and ticketing tools.

Prospect and qualify Polish market leads via outbound outreach and events, manage pipeline in Salesforce/HubSpot, use MEDDIC to qualify opportunities, and collaborate with local Account Executive to drive cloud adoption.

Lead Scaleway's cyber governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) strategy across cloud and AI products. Build and run compliance programs, perform risk assessments and audits, manage vendor and third-party security, coordinate incident response and regulatory reporting, and advise executives while growing a high-performing GRC team.

Support Sales Administration by processing invoicing, payments, reconciliations, credit notes and contract administration. Handle requests via email and Jira, update client data and POs, upload invoices to payment portals, and contribute to process documentation and automation.

Serve as the primary technical pre-sales contact for Swedish enterprise prospects; perform technical discovery, design Scaleway-based cloud architectures, support migration and POCs, run workshops, collaborate with Sales/Product/Engineering, and help improve pre-sales tools and documentation.

Build and maintain reliable, observable, and secure infrastructure; automate monitoring, diagnosis, and remediation; troubleshoot production incidents and take part in on-call rotation; implement observability and lifecycle management; improve system stability, scalability, and security; produce documentation and collaborate with development teams.

Develop and maintain backend and admin software to operate bare-metal cloud infrastructure. Implement Python services, build React/TypeScript frontends or manage IaC (Terraform/Ansible), optimize deployments, refactor legacy code, and collaborate in a Scrum squad to ship next-generation infrastructure features.

Own and drive the product roadmap for core storage offerings (Object, Block, File). Translate customer needs into technical requirements, run PoCs with R&D, collaborate cross-functionally, leverage data (Metabase, n8n) for decisions, and support go-to-market and client engagement to scale storage infrastructure.

Act as primary technical contact in pre-sales for large-scale GPU and AI projects: analyze AI workloads, design and provision custom GPU clusters, run POCs, translate constraints into business value, and collaborate with sales and engineering to close enterprise deals.

Own and evolve Scaleway's managed-database platform: design and ship features, automate deployments and upgrades, optimize performance, diagnose incidents, and participate in second-level on-call rotations, working with DBAs, SREs, and product teams.

Lead design and development of a new Marketplace platform: build backend services in Go and SQL, manage artifact lifecycles (OS/container images), design distributed scalable microservices, create and maintain APIs, ensure code quality, collaborate with Product and Core Engineering, and recruit and mentor a team while balancing hands-on development with strategic management.

Translate product requirements into server, storage, HPC and AI hardware solutions. Evaluate vendors (ODM/OEM), drive specification and customization, perform TCO and cost analyses, support product business plans, follow hardware from design to implementation, conduct technology watch, document decisions, and collaborate with vendors and internal engineering and validation teams.

Act as primary technical contact during pre-sales: analyze customer projects, design cloud architectures, guide migrations, recommend Scaleway products, and accelerate sales through technical validation and collaboration with account executives.

Lead the object storage product portfolio (Standard, One-zone IA, Glacier, etc.): define roadmap and vision, drive delivery and growth, run discovery/PoCs, coach junior PMs, align cross-functional teams, and support go-to-market and customer engagements.
