Improve reliability, resilience, performance, observability, and SRE practices across Data & WebCloud services. Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, and CI/CD. Troubleshoot critical incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering, database, networking, and observability teams on distributed architectures and production reliability.

The role requires enterprise sales experience, MEDDIC and complex selling expertise, cloud and AI industry knowledge, Polish market understanding, and fluency in Polish and English.

Own a European and Asian supplier portfolio, ensuring component availability from order placement through delivery. Develop supply chain dashboards, track on-time delivery and transport costs, provide supplier forecasts, analyze inventory, set safety stocks and reorder points, and maintain ERP master data. Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Production, Hardware R&D, Finance, and suppliers to resolve bottlenecks and improve processes through supply chain and ERP optimization projects.

Design, automate, and maintain software for provisioning bare metal servers at scale. The role supports new availability zones and HPC projects, improves orchestration resilience and performance, and collaborates with networking, hardware, data center, and production teams. Responsibilities also include maintaining reliable, observable infrastructure and documenting operational processes.

Lead the strategy for Scaleway’s Data product portfolio, aligning roadmaps, improving product-market fit, and driving revenue. Manage and coach seven experienced Product Managers while partnering with AI, Engineering, Sales, Product Marketing, and executives. Oversee products spanning databases, messaging, streaming, analytics, observability, and orchestration. Establish product management best practices, identify growth opportunities, optimize pricing and positioning, engage customers, and connect product decisions to measurable business outcomes.

Provides technical leadership across Scaleway’s SRE organization, defining reliability standards, architecture, and engineering practices for a sovereign cloud platform. The role addresses complex distributed-systems challenges involving scalability, performance, observability, resilience, incident management, and production readiness. It guides Lead SREs and a broader community of engineers, identifies systemic risks and technical debt, and drives cross-functional infrastructure initiatives and technical standards.

Build and maintain reliable, observable, and secure infrastructure; automate monitoring, diagnosis, and remediation; troubleshoot production incidents and take part in on-call rotation; implement observability and lifecycle management; improve system stability, scalability, and security; produce documentation and collaborate with development teams.

Support the International Sales Enablement team by creating training courses, learning materials, and sales collateral; simplifying processes into accessible content; coordinating training sessions; supporting ISO 9001 and cross-functional sales projects; contributing to reporting; and improving sales onboarding and development initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with international sales representatives and use of digital content, CRM, collaboration, and learning tools.

Leads HR legal matters and employee relations across European entities. Responsibilities include country openings, employment contracts, international mobility, employment-law guidance, litigation oversight, legal compliance, employee representative consultations, collective bargaining, and advising leadership on social climate and risk. Partners with the CHRO, HRBPs, managers, external counsel, and payroll providers in a hybrid international environment.

Drive the strategy, roadmap, and development of Scaleway’s AI Inference and Generative APIs products. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, designing developer-focused APIs, collaborating with engineering, prioritizing features, analyzing usage and revenue data, monitoring AI and inference developments, and rapidly delivering new capabilities in a fast-changing B2B AI market.

Design and develop Marketplace platform features, maintain APIs, build OS image and packaging tools, automate image and container manufacturing, and manage application artifacts. Support external publishers, ensure artifact security through CI/CD and scanning, contribute to architecture, and collaborate with product and engineering teams on innovative technical initiatives.

Serve as the technical owner for HPC customers from initial discussions and proofs of concept through onboarding and ongoing support.
