Lead a team of SREs to build, automate, and maintain production-grade GPU cluster infrastructure. Lead project management and supplier coordination for GPU cluster deployment and operations. Design, automate, monitor, and improve reliability, performance, and scalability of network products. Perform outbound prospecting across Italy to generate qualified sales pipeline, manage inbound leads, use sales tools and MEDDIC qualification, support field events, and maintain pipeline in Salesforce/HubSpot while collaborating with local Account Executive and marketing.

Design, deploy, operate, and scale Scaleway's in-house object storage platform. Improve performance, reliability and automation, open new regions/Zones, participate in L2 on-call, troubleshoot production incidents, work with Data Center teams, and produce documentation.

Build and maintain custom automation and tooling for SOC, CSIRT, and Trust & Safety teams to improve threat detection, incident response, and compliance in a SecNumCloud environment. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, optimize scripts and workflows, and support secure cloud operations.

Act as primary technical contact for VIP cloud customers, diagnose and resolve complex incidents, liaise with engineering and product teams, support via ticketing and phone, participate in on-call rotation, and contribute to improving diagnostics and support efficiency.

Join a small team to develop and operate Scaleway's non-relational database products (Redis, MongoDB). Ensure high-performance, stable production, deploy to new regions, perform code reviews, write docs, follow Agile, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Contribute to backend development of IAM services: build authentication and access-control features, improve security and observability, implement secret scanning and API key tracking, design authentication/authorization policies, and collaborate with engineers, product, and security teams.

Lead design and development of a new Marketplace platform: build backend services in Go and SQL, manage artifact lifecycles (OS/container images), design distributed scalable microservices, create and maintain APIs, ensure code quality, collaborate with Product and Core Engineering, and recruit and mentor a team while balancing hands-on development with strategic management.

Design, build, and maintain backend services for Scaleway's network connectivity products. Implement gRPC APIs in Rust, work on InterLink, Site-to-Site VPN, and Public Gateway features, debug complex networking/distributed systems issues, resolve customer incidents with support, participate in architecture and reliability improvements, and collaborate across product, documentation, and engineering teams.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers, coordinating support, engineering, and product teams to drive cloud adoption, architect scalable solutions, manage migrations and incidents, run QSRs and steering committees, monitor SLAs, provide FinOps guidance, and relay product feedback.

Act as primary technical contact during pre-sales: analyze customer projects, design cloud architectures, guide migrations, recommend Scaleway products, and accelerate sales through technical validation and collaboration with account executives.

Translate product requirements into server, storage, HPC and AI hardware solutions. Evaluate vendors (ODM/OEM), drive specification and customization, perform TCO and cost analyses, support product business plans, follow hardware from design to implementation, conduct technology watch, document decisions, and collaborate with vendors and internal engineering and validation teams.

Serve as the primary technical pre-sales contact for Swedish enterprise prospects; perform technical discovery, design Scaleway-based cloud architectures, support migration and POCs, run workshops, collaborate with Sales/Product/Engineering, and help improve pre-sales tools and documentation.

Define and drive the MLOps product vision and roadmap, launch a managed MLflow offering, validate customer use cases, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, prioritize features, and ensure integration with Scaleway's cloud ecosystem.

Lead the object storage product portfolio (Standard, One-zone IA, Glacier, etc.): define roadmap and vision, drive delivery and growth, run discovery/PoCs, coach junior PMs, align cross-functional teams, and support go-to-market and customer engagements.

Act as primary technical contact in pre-sales for large-scale GPU and AI projects: analyze AI workloads, design and provision custom GPU clusters, run POCs, translate constraints into business value, and collaborate with sales and engineering to close enterprise deals.

Intern will manage purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, replenish spare parts, update ERP master data, monitor KPIs and stock, and support supply chain process improvements and documentation.

Own and evolve Scaleway's managed-database platform: design and ship features, automate deployments and upgrades, optimize performance, diagnose incidents, and participate in second-level on-call rotations, working with DBAs, SREs, and product teams.
