Design automation for server lifecycle, observability and monitoring, plan the SRE roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally, manage recruitment and careers, maintain high-availability systems, and participate in on-call rotations for fast incident resolution.

Lead project management and supplier coordination for GPU cluster deployment and operations. Build operational organization, oversee day-to-day run tracking, manage vendors, handle crisis escalation with manufacturers, and line-manage a Technical Account Manager to achieve autonomous GPU cluster operations.

Design, automate, monitor, and improve reliability, performance, and scalability of network products. Build IaC and CI/CD pipelines, implement OpenMetrics/OpenTelemetry monitoring, respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, advise on resilient architecture, and optimize load balancing and energy efficiency.
