Designs and presents multi-vendor enterprise IT solutions throughout the presales lifecycle. Responsibilities include customer discovery, solution architecture, sizing, BOM and BOQ preparation, technical proposals, RFP responses, demonstrations, proof-of-concept coordination, vendor management, sales support, project scoping, and implementation handover. The role covers networking, cybersecurity, collaboration, cloud, infrastructure, virtualization, backup, and identity solutions while requiring strong customer engagement, documentation, commercial awareness, and technical presentation skills.

Design, deploy, manage, and support enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN and unified communications (VoIP/IP telephony). Implement network security, integrate collaboration systems with identity services, provide Level 2/3 support, lead client projects and site surveys, document configurations, and maintain uptime and disaster recovery.

Design, deploy, and maintain security controls across network, endpoints, servers, cloud, and identity. Manage NGFWs, EDR/XDR, IAM, and cloud security; implement Zero Trust, perform threat analysis, run training, and support compliance with Saudi cybersecurity frameworks.

Support network projects and site visits by installing and connecting devices, delivering hardware, assisting engineers remotely, documenting projects, performing QA/tests, coordinating with customers, vendors, and suppliers, and learning core networking fundamentals.

Support daily financial operations including invoicing, collections, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. Coordinate customer billing communications, track shipments and logistics, assist HR with attendance and payroll records, and work with auditors on VAT returns and year-end statements. Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books and produce follow-up reports on outstanding payments.
