Support daily financial operations including invoicing, collections, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. Coordinate customer billing communications, track shipments and logistics, assist HR with attendance and payroll records, and work with auditors on VAT returns and year-end statements. Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books and produce follow-up reports on outstanding payments.

Design, deploy, and support unified communications and collaboration systems (VoIP, video conferencing, MS Teams, Cisco, Avaya). Integrate with AD, provide Level 2/3 support, run system integrations and IT infrastructure projects, produce documentation, lead client implementations, conduct remote site surveys, and deliver training and technical handovers.

Develop and run marketing campaigns for the Saudi market across digital and traditional channels. Conduct market research, manage content and CRM records, support lead generation with sales, organize events and newsletters, analyze campaign performance, and ensure all activities align with Saudi cultural norms and regulations.

Manage strategic B2B IT client accounts in the Saudi market, lead complex sales and renewals, own quotations and delivery, mentor junior account managers, coordinate cross-functionally, and drive growth with vendors and partners.

Design, deploy, manage, and support enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN and unified communications (VoIP/IP telephony). Implement network security, integrate collaboration systems with identity services, provide Level 2/3 support, lead client projects and site surveys, document configurations, and maintain uptime and disaster recovery.
