- Responsibilities :
- Assistance in projects and site visits:
- Physical installation of devices.
- Connecting patch cords & power cords.
- Provide remote session for engineer.
- Delivery of hardware.
- Observe and learn in project.
- Assist in project documentation
- Assist in project QA & Tests.
- Assist in project coordination with customers.
- Assist in follow ups with vendors and suppliers.
Requirements
Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field
Basic understanding of network fundamentals.
Familiarity with network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
Knowledge of network security principles is a plus
Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
