Tune storage and high-speed network performance, lead capacity expansions and migrations, write production automation and control-plane code, extend APIs, and build observability, dashboards, SLOs, and alerts. The role also participates in on-call operations, incident response, infrastructure-as-code practices, and long-term architecture decisions for petabyte-scale AI infrastructure.

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Runpod’s AI cloud platform, including GPU infrastructure, serverless endpoints, APIs, foundational services, and developer experience. Lead and scale the product and design organization, engage customers, partner with engineering and infrastructure leadership, establish pricing and packaging, guide go-to-market strategy, and prioritize initiatives using product analytics and customer insights.
