Drive revenue in an assigned territory by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, closing sales to meet targets, creating cost-effective route plans, conducting technical/demo selling, managing accounts, and tracking competitor activity.

Sell thermoplastic road marking paints, bitumen products, and road safety solutions to institutional B2B accounts. Generate leads, manage pipelines and key accounts, negotiate terms, upsell/cross-sell, ensure customer satisfaction, meet sales targets, and use data to identify growth opportunities.

Manage and grow key B2B accounts in Metro Manila, Bulacan, and Rizal by driving sales, negotiating terms, upselling, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales and retention targets while performing regular fieldwork.

Lead nationwide sales and marketing efforts to meet revenue and gross profit targets. Manage accounts receivable, provincial warehouses, and Sales Specialists. Develop channel/category revenue plans, digital and inbound marketing strategies, website and online sales, and mentor the sales and marketing team. Conduct nationwide site visits and support growth of customer base and product integration.

Lead product development and commercial launch efforts for road construction products. Own P&L, set sales strategy, manage pricing/contracts, forecast revenue, coordinate production and quality with commercial commitments, build relationships with contractors and public agencies, and pursue new markets and partnerships.

Develop and launch new road-construction chemical products, oversee pilot testing, production, and quality control, coordinate marketing and sales integration, and maintain accurate product data and documentation. Perform fieldwork as required.

Lead business development and product launches for road construction materials. Own P&L, develop sales and pricing strategies, manage forecasts, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with contractors and public agencies. Coordinate with Operations, Production, and Logistics to meet demand and drive profitable growth.
