Rua Seguridad Corp. is a proudly Filipino-owned, ISO-certified leader in thermoplastic road marking paints, bitumen products, and road safety solutions. Since our establishment in 2006, we have built a nationwide presence and an outstanding track record in supporting major infrastructure projects.

We are currently looking for a strategic and forward-thinking professional to lead the development and launch of new products, drive business growth, and strengthen our position in the road construction industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company revenue goals.

  • Own and manage the Business Unit’s P&L; track revenue, cost of goods sold, and profitability.

  • Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.

  • Monitor and analyze margins across different customer segments and regions.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with contractors, public agencies, and key accounts.

  • Handle pricing inquiries and contract negotiations to support customer retention and repeat business.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and backlog reports to support production and inventory planning.

  • Identify and pursue new market segments, partnership opportunities, or innovative product lines to drive growth.

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business strategy.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Logistics teams to align supply capabilities with commercial requirements.

  • Ensure production throughput, quality, and dispatch meet demand and avoid fulfillment gaps.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to uncover opportunities across public works, contractors, and municipalities.

  • Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and bids to maximize margins while meeting market demand.

Qualifications

  • With technical knowledge and understanding of construction materials and processes

  • At least three (3) years of experience in operations management/industrial engineering (supply chain, logistics, quality control, manufacturing)/business administration

  • Innovation / Business Incubation experience is a plus

  • Must possess an innovative mindset and strong business acumen

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams

  • Must have a valid driver’s license; owning a vehicle is a must

  • Willing to travel nationwide for fieldwork and site visits

Skills Required

  • Technical knowledge and understanding of construction materials and processes
  • At least three (3) years of experience in operations management/industrial engineering (supply chain, logistics, quality control, manufacturing)/business administration
