Own P&L, develop sales and pricing strategies, manage forecasts, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with contractors and public agencies. Coordinate with Operations, Production, and Logistics to meet demand and drive profitable growth.

Supervise bulk bitumen/decanting plant operations: monitor raw material stock and asphalt waste, plan production to meet targets, report machine breakdowns, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
