About Us
Rua Seguridad Corp. is a proudly Filipino-owned, ISO-certified leader in thermoplastic road marking paints, bitumen products, and road safety solutions. Since our establishment in 2006, we have built a nationwide presence and an outstanding track record in supporting major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new products or services, resulting in an expanded product line and increased revenue.
Oversee pilot testing, production, and quality control, ensuring that new products or services meet established standards and are produced efficiently.
Integrate marketing and sales efforts, resulting in effective promotion and sales of new products or services.
Manage data and document records, ensuring that accurate and up-to-date records are maintained and easily accessible for reference and analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Material Science/Engineering
A Master’s Degree/MBA is preferred but not required
With technical knowledge and understanding of road construction chemicals and processes particularly in Concrete based products
Knowledgeable in performing & analyzing market studies
At least two (2) to three (3) years of experience in new product development/business administration and expertise in setting up end-to-end manufacturing processes.
Innovation / Business Incubation experience is required
Preferably with a driver's license (motorcycle/car)
Has the willingness to do fieldwork
Skills Required
