Lead and execute daily AR transactions and oversee AP operations, manage cash application, collections, invoicing, reconciliations, and dispute resolution. Supervise AR and AP staff, support reporting and aging reviews, drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration, and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Support and maintain workplace safety programs in a food manufacturing environment: conduct inspections, deliver training, investigate incidents, track safety data, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, GMP, HACCP), and collaborate with operations, HR, and maintenance to build a safety culture and emergency preparedness.

Lead financial partner for a manufacturing business unit: own forecasting, BU P&L, cost accounting, pricing analyses, capital ROIC evaluations, and continuous process improvements.

Oversee safe, compliant production on assigned lines including food safety, HACCP, GMP, machine operation, basic troubleshooting, staffing, training, production reporting, inspections, and quality discrepancy reporting. Enforce policies, complete paperwork, and perform/assist line-foreman duties while maintaining production and quality standards. Flexible hours and occasional weekend availability required.

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans; analyze results and trends; prepare executive and board reporting; build financial models and business cases; partner with business units to improve forecasting and FP&A processes; support investor materials and ensure compliance with financial controls.

Serve as a primary contact for candidates and new hires; coordinate weekly orientation and onboarding logistics; manage pre-employment screenings; administer LMS training and track completion; prepare onboarding materials; support People Services team with process improvements, projects, and administrative tasks. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Act as first HR contact for employees; manage benefits administration (enrollment, COBRA, qualifying events), conduct I-9 reverifications, maintain confidential records, support compliance and audits, assist employee engagement and benefit communications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
