Manage co-manufacturing client relationships, serving as the primary contact and driving account growth. Coordinate with operations, supply chain, procurement, finance, and quality teams to meet production schedules, contracts, customer forecasts, delivery timelines, and regulatory requirements. Negotiate pricing and terms, resolve production and quality issues, identify new product opportunities, analyze business data, provide forecasts and recommendations, and track performance metrics.

Supports HR operations in a manufacturing environment by advising leaders and employees, ensuring employment-law and policy compliance, handling employee relations, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance management, safety, training, and talent programs. Drives continuous improvement in HR processes, implements HR initiatives, protects confidential information, and provides hands-on support in production areas. Partners with plant safety, HR teams, and organizational leaders.

Administers employee compensation and benefits programs, including new-hire orientations, open enrollment, COBRA, qualifying events, dependent verification, I-9 reverifications, benefit communications, and compliance documentation. Serves as a first point of contact for HR and benefits inquiries, maintains confidential records, supports audits and employee engagement activities, and collaborates with internal teams. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, HRIS proficiency, knowledge of labor laws, and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Supervise quality activities in a food manufacturing facility, ensuring documentation aligns with quality policies and SQF requirements. Maintain SQF, Kosher, RSPO, and Organic certifications; oversee document control, data analysis, training, scheduling, corrective and preventive actions, inventory management, and audit support. Coordinate third-party vendors for calibration and repairs while collaborating with product setup and plant-floor teams to uphold food quality, safety, and wholesomeness.

Create and maintain daily finite and weekly master production schedules, coordinate with production, supply chain, and procurement, monitor progress and adjust for delays, manage subcomponent inventory, communicate schedule changes, ensure ERP/MRP accuracy, support SIOP, and produce efficiency and capacity reports while improving planning processes.

Leads large-scale engineering capital projects from concept through commissioning and closeout. Defines scope, equipment, labor, throughput, schedules, budgets, and cash flows; coordinates engineering disciplines, operations, quality, maintenance, sanitation, R&D, commercial teams, and vendors. Oversees procurement, project performance, production launches, documentation, and lessons learned while ensuring projects meet defined scope, schedule, budget, and capital-spend targets.

Lead site food safety and quality programs (SQF/GFSI), manage and develop a quality team, implement preventive controls and corrective actions, oversee traceability/non-conformance, deliver training, analyze quality data, and liaise with customers and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Provide HR administrative support including payroll and timekeeping assistance, recordkeeping, recruitment scheduling, compliance support, training coordination, employee relations triage, HR reporting, communications, and HRIS data entry/troubleshooting.

Lead mechanical capital and continuous-improvement projects from scope through startup. Create AutoCAD mechanical and installation drawings, P&IDs, PFDs, equipment layouts, RFQs, and as-built documentation. Support vendor selection, equipment installations, contractor coordination, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover in food manufacturing environments.

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans; analyze results and trends; prepare executive and board reporting; build financial models and business cases; partner with business units to improve forecasting and FP&A processes; support investor materials and ensure compliance with financial controls.

Supervise production shift activities to meet KPIs, enforce GMP/food safety/HACCP, manage labor and materials, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with maintenance/sanitation/quality/shipping, train and hire staff, and maintain a safe, organized production environment.

Oversee production operations to meet KPIs for quality, safety, efficiency, and cost. Manage staffing, training, scheduling, labor and material costs, production reporting, continuous improvement, and collaboration with maintenance and food safety teams.

Oversee safe, compliant production on assigned lines including food safety, HACCP, GMP, machine operation, basic troubleshooting, staffing, training, production reporting, inspections, and quality discrepancy reporting. Enforce policies, complete paperwork, and perform/assist line-foreman duties while maintaining production and quality standards. Flexible hours and occasional weekend availability required.

Lead procurement strategy and a purchasing team to negotiate supplier contracts, manage Source-to-Pay processes, mitigate supply risks, drive cost savings, ensure compliance, implement procurement best practices and collaborate cross-functionally to support operations and growth.

Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Identify process optimization opportunities, conduct root cause analysis, train employees on CI tools, monitor project outcomes, deploy standard work and visual management, and align CI initiatives with strategic KPIs to drive cost savings, productivity, and quality improvements.

Lead large capital engineering projects from concept through commissioning. Define scope, budgets, schedules and technical requirements; coordinate cross-functional engineering, operations, procurement, vendors, and commercialization to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to defined scope.
