Oversees Microsoft D365 ERP implementation, infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, data architecture, integrations, vendors, budgets, governance, and IT talent. Partners with executive, finance, supply chain, quality, commercial, and plant leaders to improve manufacturing processes, enable digital capabilities, manage risk, and deliver measurable business value.

Supervises food quality operations by maintaining SQF and other certifications, controlling documentation, analyzing data, investigating corrective actions, supporting audits, training and scheduling personnel, managing inventory, and coordinating third-party service vendors. The role requires strong plant-floor knowledge, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication.
