Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or actively pursuing degree)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HR software/HRIS and ability to perform data entry and basic troubleshooting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
