Healthcare (US)
- Medical, dental, and vision: In the US, medical + prescription coverage is through Anthem (Blue Cross Blue Shield), with two medical plan options: HDHP and PPO. Dental and vision are also provided through Anthem (dental PPO; vision with a VSP network).
- Benefits concierge support: US employees have access to Bennie (app + on-demand concierge) for questions like plan comparisons, billing review, finding in-network providers, claims help, and open enrollment support.
- HSA support (if enrolled in the HDHP): The Benefits Guide describes employer HSA contributions (amount varies based on coverage tier and whether you’re enrolled in dental/vision).
Retirement (US)
- 401(k): Rokt uses ADP 401(k) for US retirement services
- Financial advising: Financial advising support is available through Morgan Stanley
Time off
- PTO: Rokt’stars are eligible for 20 PTO days per year, accrued monthly. PTO accrual resets February 1 (start of Rokt’s fiscal year), and unused carryover is limited to 8 days (unless local law specifies otherwise).
- Bonus PTO (“High 5 Days”): Eligible employees can earn up to 5 additional PTO days the following year if they end the prior fiscal year with 5 days of PTO or less (and meet eligibility criteria).
- Holiday Shutdown: Rokt runs a company-wide Holiday Shutdown in late December/early January, designed for everyone to fully unplug.
Parental leave
- Pregnancy Leave for birth parents and paid Parental Leave for all parents (including non-birth and adoptive parents), with rules about timing windows and how this runs alongside any government-paid leave where applicable.
