Lead end-to-end demand forecasting across all Rohlik Group markets, improve forecast accuracy, build scalable planning frameworks, align forecasts with capacity and financial targets, partner with BI/Data and senior stakeholders to drive automation, predictive analytics and AI-powered forecasting, and ensure readiness for peaks and campaigns.

Lead Veloq's US commercial motion: build and execute enterprise sales for warehouse automation SaaS, close major accounts, expand pipeline, create repeatable sales playbook, represent company at industry events, and hire and coach the commercial team.

Own and scale Rohlik's finance AI and automation programme across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and shared services. Lead process redesign, build and ship AI agents and integrations (NetSuite, Rossum, n8n), set baselines and KPIs, track automation and efficiency metrics, manage and grow a small team, and roll solutions out across five markets.

Lead and scale an existing AI and automation programme across finance: set strategy, redesign processes for agent-first operation, deliver measurable impact, build and ship agents or integrations, manage a small team, and roll solutions across five markets while reporting to the Group CFO.

Provide ad hoc financial support to management while ensuring accurate accounting operations. The role requires accounting or finance education, 2–3 years of accounting experience, business-level English, spreadsheet proficiency, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Manage full month-end close, process journal entries, reconciliations, VAT statements, invoices, payments, and financial reporting. Drive RTR process improvements and support the line manager with ad-hoc financial requests.
